Portfolio

My portfolio showcases various projects created throughout my career. See my contact information below and get in touch.

Creating a Gmail Account

For this project, I was asked to create a handout and accompanying slide deck to demonstrate how to create a free Gmail account. These documents showcase my ability to develop materials that are eye-catching and easy to follow.

Clients for Life

These resources were developed to support the roll-out of the Clients for Life initiative at TeamHealth, including a desk reference card and a slide deck that was delivered during an instructor-led training session.

FM:Systems

One of my recent projects involved creating short educational videos for the FM:Systems implementation at Discovery. These resources demonstrate my technique of developing content into a variety of formats from a master script.

Outlook Mobile Sizzles

I developed this series of short videos to tease some of the top Outlook Mobile features as part of a roll-out to the enterprise. These videos were shared on Workplace and on digital boards throughout Discovery offices to stoke interest and promote conversation around the product.

PromoAlley

I’ve included another short video and companion quick reference guide as examples of my recent work. These were featured in our enterprise knowledge base and linked directly from the application, allowing end-users to access on-demand training easily.

Videos

Tech University was a management development training program for rising IT professionals at Scripps Networks Interactive. My team provided video services for several live workshops. I used B-roll to produce a highlights reel for graduates and senior leadership.
During our push to adopt Okta as a single sign-on platform, I built a collection of videos to guide users through its setup and features. This short video demonstrates how to configure multi-factor authentication via Okta. I’ve included it as an example of how I make a complex technical process easy to understand.
In this video, I explain how to send and respond to encrypted email using Outlook client on the desktop and on mobile. This video uses icons to convey a concept to the audience.
I helped Discovery create an internal marketing campaign around their recent G Suite migration. To support that initiative, my team developed and maintained a resource site that compiled knowledge articles, training, guides, and an interactive directory of Google Ambassadors. I shot this video to help employees navigate the resource site.
This training video was developed to help get end-users up to speed on Windows 10 in lieu of formal instructor-led training classes at Scripps Networks Interactive.
When Scripps Networks Interactive migrated to Zoom for video conferencing, the IT team reached out to my group to develop a series of instructional videos that would help new users quickly understand the basics as well as the more sophisticated features of the platform. This sample demonstrates how I distill a complex series of tasks into a logical, scenario-based narrative.

Let’s build something together.
